Along with the Padfone, ASUS also announced the ASUS Eee Pad MeMO 3D, an Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet with 7″ glasses-free 3D IPS display. An identical tablet without the 3D capability was announced at CES earlier this year, which had a a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm 8260 processor, capacitive stylus, 1.2 megapixel front-facing camera and 5 MP rear camera. Pricing and availability is still unclear, but it will also come with a MeMIC Bluetooth headset/remote.

The Eee Pad MeMO 3D is designed to be an alternative take on the 10″ tablet that is fast becoming a standard size. This portrait-oriented device uses a screen that can also be used more traditionally with all Android Honeycomb applications, should users choose to do so.
